Site editors working with AEM

• Asset editors who manage assets in an external DAM

A large grocery chain wants to implement an omnichannel shopping list experience in its AEM 6.5 instance. Any changes in the shopping list should be synchronized across experiences. Content Authors should be able to create recipes based on available items so customers can add them in bulk easily to the shopping list. The product data comes from a back-end system, like an ERP.

The customer wants to upgrade to AEM as Cloud Service in the future, and the solution must not require drastic changes.
